Starting MURPH

  Next goal: complete the MURPH . The beginning was better than expected. There is a long way to go, but going from Sofa mode to wanting to try the Murph is a pride for me 1 Mile run (1,6 km) - 11' 48"  ( 7' 16") 100 Pull-Ups /trazioni 200 Push-Ups/flessioni 300 squats 1 Mile Run I have divided the exercises into 20 of the following sets: 5 Pull-Ups /trazioni 10 Push-Ups/flessioni 15 squats. I completed 1 Mile run (11 min.) and  7 sets of exercises (22 minutes).  Overall time: 33 minutes.
