Next goal: complete the MURPH.
The beginning was better than expected. There is a long way to go, but going from Sofa mode to wanting to try the Murph is a pride for me

I have divided the exercises into 20 of the following sets:
5 Pull-Ups /trazioni
10 Push-Ups/flessioni
15 squats.
I completed 1 Mile run (11 min.) and 7 sets of exercises (22 minutes).
Overall time: 33 minutes.
